Théhuone Customer Register
Purpose of the Register
The register is used for processing orders and managing and maintaining customer relationships. Data may be used for direct marketing only if the customer has given explicit consent, for example by subscribing to the newsletter.
Content of the Register
The register contains the following customer information:
- First and last name
- Delivery and billing address
- Email address
- Consent for direct marketing
- Phone number
- Customer orders and order details
Regular Sources of Data
Customer data is collected directly from the customer in the following situations:
- When a customer places an order
- When a customer subscribes to the newsletter
- When a customer registers as a user
Regular Disclosure of Data
Customer data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the customer without their consent. Otherwise, data may only be disclosed within the limits permitted or required by law.
Transfer of Data Outside the EU/EEA
Customer data is not transferred outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Principles of Data Protection
Customer data is stored in databases protected with appropriate encryption. Servers are located in a secure, monitored, and locked environment.
Access to servers and personal data is restricted by user permissions. Only customer service personnel have access, and only for as long as they perform relevant duties.
Right to Review and Correct Data
Customers have the right to review and correct their personal information directly from the person responsible for registry matters. Requests must be submitted in writing, and identity must be verified with a copy of a driver’s license or other official ID.
