DELIVERY TIMES
Products in stock:
- Delivery time within Finland: 3–4 business days
- Delivery time to other EU countries: usually 3–5 business days
- No shipping outside the EU
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse 1–2 business days after processing.
Orders to EU countries: Postage fees start at €25 per shipment.
Products not in stock:
Items may be temporarily out of stock or available only as special-order products. In these cases, the product page will display an estimated delivery time. We will contact you as soon as we receive more detailed information.
PROBLEM SITUATIONS
Damaged product:
If your product was damaged during transport, please take photos of both the packaging and the product, and send them along with your order details to tilaukset@thehuone.com. This helps us file a damage report and send you a replacement quickly. Please keep the damaged packaging. If you encounter any issues, always contact our customer service.
Wrong or faulty product:
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately so we can arrange a return and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
